Mobius is actively seeking Support Technicians Level I and II to assist in client technical support across its product and service portfolio.
Technician I and II positions serve as a key interface to our clients and are responsible for ticket management and ticket completion in order to assure excellent customer service backed by solid technical skill. This role will perform both remote and on-site client support.

Must be able to complete the physical demands of the position including network wiring installation and rooftop radio installation when needed
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 80 lbs
Must have reliable transportation and proof of valid insurance
